The Tarac Environment Future Fund allocates up to $20,000 a year to individuals, companies, organisations and associations to increase the body of knowledge about environmental solutions for the Australian Wine Industry.
To increase its relevance to ‘current’ environmental issues impacting on the industry an additional tier had been added to the fund. The Fund now focuses on projects which provide climate change solutions for the Wine Industry – these can be related to climate change mitigation or adaptation strategies.
TEFF has support from the Winemakers’ Federation of Australia, the South Australian Wine Industry Association and the Grape and Wine Research Development Corporation as recognition of Tarac’s contribution to Sustaining Success, the Australian wine Industry’s Environment Strategy.
