Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director
Jeremy was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in November 2013 and Managing Director in September 2014. Jeremy leads Tarac’s Executive Team and is responsible for establishing and implementing the Group's strategic objectives. Jeremy is a member of the Audit Committee and the Research and Development Committee.
Prior to this appointment, Jeremy was CEO of Tarac’s property group, a position he held since joining the company in 2009. In this role, Jeremy led the conceptualisation and delivery of Tarac’s property investment business, commencing with its foundation project – Beckwith Park. Jeremy brought with him over 20 years of national and overseas experience in large scale industrial, commercial and residential property and development including feasibility modelling, development management, project marketing, leasing and financing, and complex land remediation.
Jeremy is the current President of the South Australian Wine Industry Association.
Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary
Robert joined Tarac in 2002 and is responsible for Tarac’s Statutory and Compliance Reporting and managing relationships with Tarac’s key service providers. He is the Company Secretary of the North Para Environment Control Pty Ltd. Robert has previously held a variety of finance related positions.
Human Resources Manager
Lisa is a senior HR professional with thirty years of experience. She joined Tarac in 2007 having worked in a diverse range of industries in HR roles, including banking, manufacturing, hospitality, agribusiness, retail and local government. Lisa is responsible for Tarac’s people resources, Information Technology and integrated management systems and compliance (People, Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Environment). She is a generalist HR professional with a particular interest in Organisational Development, change leadership, employee engagement and culture and learning and development. Lisa is a past Chairperson of the SAWIA ER and WHS Committees.
Environmental & Strategic Business Development Manager
Mark joined Tarac in 2008 with over 20 years senior management experience. He has worked in a range of industries and across major global regions, with responsibilities related mainly to market development, technical and operational management. Mark is responsible for Tarac’s strategic business development, risk and energy management along with leadership in, and compliance with climate change requirements and environmental matters.
Greg’s entry into the wine industry began in 1994. Discovering his passion, he completed his winemaking degree and has experienced over 20 vintages since, both in Australia and abroad. Greg joined Tarac in 2013 as Business Manager of Wine Services after expanding his skill set through bulk wine trading and key account management. Coupled with Tarac’s services to the wine industry, Greg is now responsible for sales of products and services in Australian and export markets, including grape alcohol, tartaric acid, the GrapEX range of tannins and grape concentrate.
Chris joined Tarac in 2012 and is a driven professional engineer who enjoys a challenge and strives to achieve desired outcomes. He has extensive experience across numerous industries including whitegoods, automotive, mining and public infrastructure. Chris is responsible for Tarac’s operations and for the efficient manufacture and delivery of Tarac’s products and services at each of its four production facilities.
