Management Team

Tarac Technologies Executive Team comprises:

Chris Zajac - Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director

Chris joined Tarac as Operations Manager in time for the 2002 vintage.  In his current positions, Chris is responsible for the overall management of Tarac and the implementation of strategic objectives for the company, to build on its long standing success for the benefit of all its stakeholders, including Australian wine businesses, staff, suppliers and Tarac’s shareholders.

Ken Klingner - Technical Sales Manager

Ken is Tarac's Technical Sales Manager and commenced employment in 1971. Ken has well established relationships with key customers in the wine industry and has extensive experience, knowledge and skills in the areas of chemistry, engineering, distillation and manufacturing processes and development. His is responsible for sales of grape alcohol into a developing global market.

Robert Pelton - Chief Financial Officer

Robert is a CPA and joined Tarac in 2002 as Senior Management Accountant before being promoted to Financial Controller. He joined the Tarac Management Team in August 2004. Rob is responsible for Tarac's Statutory and Compliance Reporting and managing relationships with Tarac's key service providers. With many years of finance experience, Robert's previous roles include Financial Services with JP Morgan and Australian Oil & Gas.

Nigel Logos – Operations Manager

Nigel joins Tarac with significant experience and expertise in the wine industry, including senior and operational positions with Orlando, Southcorp, Boars Rock and Constellation Wines. He has held logistics, production, operations and winemaker roles in several wine businesses in Australia. Nigel is responsible for the efficient manufacture and delivery of Tarac’s products and services.

Lisa Allington – Human Resources Manager

Lisa is a senior HR professional with 'twenty something' years of experience. She joined Tarac in 2007 having worked in a diverse range of industries in HR roles, including banking, hospitality, agribusiness, retail and local government. Lisa is responsible for Tarac's people resources and management systems, including safety. She is a generalist HR professional with a particular interest in organisational development, change leadership, employee engagement and the integration of people and processes with strategy and direction.

Mark Anderson – Environment and Strategic Business Development Manager

Mark joined Tarac in 2008 with over 20 years senior management experience. He has worked in a range of industries and across all major global regions, with responsibilities related mainly to business development, operations and technical management. Mark is responsible for Tarac's strategic business development, along with leadership in, and compliance with climate change requirements, carbon management and environmental matters.


Jeremy Blanks - Chief Executive Officer Beckwith Park

Jeremy joined Tarac in 2009 to lead the conceptualisation and delivery of Tarac's property investment business commencing with its foundation project - Beckwith Park. Jeremy brings with him over 20 years of national and overseas experience in large scale industrial, commercial and residential property and development including feasibility modelling, development management, project marketing, leasing and financing, and complex land remediation.

Beckwith Park is a diverse business and industry park accommodating manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, retail, commercial and transport facilities. Jeremy's role extends to include the recently established wine management and services business that stores and manages bulk wine.
