Nicholas
Law - Joint
Chief Executive Officer
Nic is a Chartered Accountant and joined Tarac in 2002
as Chief Financial Officer. He was formerly a Senior Executive
for KPMG Corporate Finance where he specialized in Mergers
and Acquisitions. Working across a range of industries
in Australia and England, Nic has a broad range of management
skills and experience. He is also Company Secretary for
the Tarac Group of companies.

Chris
Zajac - Joint Chief Executive
Officer
Chris joined Tarac in 2002. He is responsible for the general
management of Tarac focussing on operational aspects of manufacturing
and services offered to the wine industry.

Ken
Klingner - Technical Sales Manager
Ken is Tarac's Technical Sales Manager and commenced employment
in 1971. Ken has well established relationships with key
customers in the wine industry and has extensive experience,
knowledge and skills in the areas of chemistry, engineering,
distillation and manufacturing processes and development.
His is responsible for sales of grape alcohol into a developing global market.

Robert
Pelton - Finance Manager
Robert is a CPA and joined Tarac in 2002 as Senior Management
Accountant before being promoted to Financial Controller.
He joined the Tarac Management Team in August 2004. Rob
is responsible for Tarac's Statutory and Compliance Reporting
and managing relationships with Tarac's key service providers.
With many years of finance experience, Robert's previous
roles include Financial Services with JP Morgan and Australian
Oil & Gas.

Stephen Summers – Operations Manager
Since completing his Chemical Engineering degree in 1999 Stephen has worked in a number of operational and manufacturing disciplines within Australia and the UK. He has experience in process optimisation, risk control and people management. Stephen is responsible for the efficient manufacture and delivery of Tarac’s products and services.

Lisa Allington – Human Resources Manager
Lisa is a senior HR professional with 'twenty something' years of experience. She joined Tarac in 2007 having worked in a diverse range of industries in HR roles, including banking, hospitality, agribusiness, retail and local government. Lisa is responsible for Tarac’s people resources and management systems, including safety. She is a generalist HR professional with a particular interest in organisational development, change leadership, employee engagement and the integration of people and processes with strategy and direction.
