a Research & Development Committee that comprises leading scientific
researchers.

At The Leading Edge
Tarac works closely with a number of scientific research providers,
including the CSIRO
Health Sciences and Nutrition, the University
of Adelaide ,(School
of Agriculture & Wine)to produce evidence-based,
scientifically proven grape derived products and services for a range of industry customers.
Tarac has received research grants from state and federal governments of more than $2.5million to support its R&D program. These grants have supported research projects as diverse as establishing the health benefits associated with Vinlife® grape extracts and novel systems for waste water treatment and management.
Tarac’s commitment to R&D is demonstrated by it’s sponsorship of an annual research grant, the Tarac Environment Future Fund (TEFF), which supports independent research into environmental solutions for waste management in the wine industry.
