GrapEX™ is a range of wine making tannins developed by Tarac Technologies to enhance the quality of wine. Extracted from selected Australian wine grapes, GrapEX™ is valued by winemakers as a rich and natural source of tannins and natural anthocyanins. GrapEX™ qualities extend to its abilities to integrate fully and effectively with the winemaking process with all styles of wine.

GrapEX™ is available in 2 forms:

grape skin tannin - deep red liquid
grape seed tannin - light brown, water soluble

Both GrapEX™ skin and seed tannins are stable and possess no filtration restrictions.

GrapEX™ skin and seed tannins enhance the structure and complexity of red wines naturally, because it recovers many of the wine components left behind in the fermentation process.
