Marc collection (winemaking residuals)
Tarac is able to collect marc from a variety of wine regions. The marc should be clean of foreign matter, fresh and if possible red grape marc separated from white marc. For further information please click here (pop-up email screen to Ken)

Contract Processing
Using the vacuum evaporation and aroma recovery plant Tarac can separate wine into two components:

A crystal clear LSJ (low sugar juice) portion, which contains the remainder of the alcohol, together with many of the aroma compounds from the initial wine.
A concentrated colour portion - alcohol can be added back to a level desired by the customer.
