Grape Juice Concentration
It’s all about concentration.
Tarac can turn your grape juice into a bespoke concentrate. Using a high vacuum/low temperature evaporation process, we produce unique concentrates. The sugar level usually ranges between 68o and 70o brix, although this can be adjusted to suit individual requirements.
It is an inclusive service – we listen to you about what you want to achieve and create a concentrate with appropriate character and sweetness. The Condensate by-product can be returned to you.
Our service is not limited to grapes. Tarac produces juice concentrates for various fruit growers – orange, lemon and pomegranate to name a few.
