GrapEX is a range of winemaking tannins developed by Tarac Technologies to enhance the quality of wine.  Extracted from premium wine grapes, GrapEX is valued by winemakers as a rich and natural source of tannins and natural anthocyanins.

GrapEX is available in 2 forms:

• Liquid grape skin tannin to enhance colour and mouth feel.
• Powdered grape seed tannin for adding structure to wine.

GrapEX skin and seed tannins enhance the structure and complexity of red wines naturally, because it recovers many of the wine components naturally left behind in the fermentation process.
