Grape Juice Concentration

Tarac Technologies offers a service to wineries to produce their own grape juice concentrate in bulk.  

Single strength clarified juice is processed via an evaporator under high vacuum to produce grape juice concentrate at 65-68° Brix.

The concentrated grape juice is returned to the winery in bulk for uses including:
  • increasing sugar content of ferments
  • legally adding sweetness to finished wines.
Grape water removed from the juice is also returned to the customer as part of this service, if required.

This service is offered at Tarac’s Nuriootpa, South Australia production facility.
