Grape Marc Disposal

Tarac Technologies has been providing cost effective, environmentally sustainable solutions for the Australian wine industry since 1930 and currently processes approximately 120,000 tonnes of grape marc each year, which equates to around 78% of the total Australian wine grape crush.
Tarac is able to accept and process grape marc from a number of Australian wine regions, but in particular from the regions surrounding it’s strategically positioned processing facilities, in the Barossa Valley and Riverland in South Australia and Griffith in New South Wales.
Preferably the marc should be:
- Clean, free of rubbish
- Free of vineyard implements (clips and staples)
- Fresh
