2. Marc collection (winemaking residuals)

Tarac is able to collect marc from a variety of wine regions. The marc should be clean of foreign matter, fresh and if possible red grape marc separated from white marc. For further information please click here

3. Contract Processing

Using the vacuum evaporation and aroma recovery plant Tarac can separate wine into two components:

	A crystal clear LSJ (low sugar juice) portion which contains many of the aroma compounds from the initial wine.
	A concentrated coloured portion - alcohol can be added back to a level desired by the customer.
