Tarac produces premium quality matured brandy. Aged in oak for a minimum of 2 years, our matured brandy has a cask-strength of 68-70% alcohol. It meets strict Australian standards and specifications and its application is wide ranging.

Not limited to alcoholic beverages, Tarac matured brandy is also used in the food industry as a natural brandy flavour. We supply many bakeries, particularly around Christmas, where our matured brandy is used in Christmas cakes and puddings.
